• Poppers filled
with little toys or candies from other countries:
1. Fill cardboard tubes with toys, wrap the tubes with
crepe paper, and tie both ends with ribbon. (Make a
bow only, so it can be easily untied.)
2. Fringe the ends of crepe paper with scissors.
3. Let the kids open the poppers to find the surprises
inside.
