• Pick up yellow
plastic construction hats from the party store, write
the kids' names on the front, and give them to the
guests as they arrive.
• Tie on inexpensive construction worker aprons to hold their "tools."
• Buy inexpensive yellow T-shirts for the guests. Draw diagonal squares
on the front with permanent black marker, and write construction sign phrases
inside, such as, "Danger","Caution","Hazard","Restricted","Keep
Out","Warning","Work Zone","Hard Hat Area","No
Admittance", etc. Or make the signs using your computer and iron-on transfers.
