Busy builders need
lots of tasty treats to keep up their energy. Little
Debbie® soft and chewy Marshmallow Treats make the
perfect snack for building – and
eating!
Construction Cake
Make a rectangular or circular cake and cover with chocolate frosting.
Cut Little Debbie® Marshmallow Treats into small block-like pieces, and let your
child construct a building in the center of the cake. Landscape around it, using
green-tinted coconut for grass and crushed chocolate wafers for dirt, etc. Add
a few construction type trucks or signs for fun.
Build Your Own Sandwich
Set out sandwich-making supplies, such as breads, cheeses, spreads, etc., and
let the kids "build" their
own sandwiches.
Wiggle Bricks
Make gelatin in a rectangular pan, adding an extra envelope of
gelatin. When set, cut them into squares and let the kids try to build something
before they gobble them up.
