Invite the team players
to a post-game gathering with these fun and easy
invitations.
Baseball Invitations
1. Cut out circles from white poster board, about the size of a softball or baseball.
2. Decorate the invitation to look like a baseball, by adding
stitching with a red marker. Write the party greeting in the middle, such as "It’s
a Baseball Party!" or substitute the name of your child’s ball team.
For example,
"It’s
a Tigers Party!"
3. Fill in the party details on the back of the paper baseballs.
Pennant Invitations
1. Cut triangles out of construction paper to form the shape of a pennant.
Choose paper that coordinates with your child’s team colors.
2. In marker,
poster paint or cut paper, write "Baseball Party" or substitute
the name of your child’s ball team (i.e. "Tigers Party").
3. Cut slits in the side of your pennant and run a wooden dowel or drinking
straw through. Glue, tape or use ribbon to hold the pennant in place.
4. Write party details on the back of the pennant, or attach a small slip
of colorful paper to the pennant with the party information.
