• Use
a permanent marker to write party details on a part of a beach ball or
a small Frisbee. Insert the invitation into a plastic sandwich bag that
has a zipper closure. Fill the bag half-full with water tinted with blue
food coloring. Add metallic confetti to make the water sparkle. Superglue
the bag shut. Allow to the glue to dry. Mail the invitations in small
boxes to the guests.
• Buy some inexpensive plastic squirt toys, and
write the invitation on a festive a tag you can attach
to the toy with colorful string or ribbon. Mail the
invitations in small boxes or hand deliver to the guests.
