Strawberry Shortcake Cloud Cakes
Makes 10 Servings
10 Cloud Cakes
1 Pint Fresh Strawberries
1 Pint Fresh Blueberries
1 Container Whipped Topping
1/2 Cup Sugar
1. Wash and cut strawberries. Remove stems. Place strawberries in bowl, add sugar, cover and refrigerate overnight.
2. Unwrap Cloud Cakes. Cut in slices lengthwise. Place in serving bowl or on individual serving plates.
3. Top cakes with strawberry sugar mixture, blueberries and whipped topping.
4. Serve immediately .
