Makes up to 20 Servings
Ingredients:
2-4 cartons Christmas Tree Brownies®
2-3 containers white frosting (or another color of your choice)
1 Star Candy, for topper
Small cake board or platter for display
Supplies:
Piping Bag
Directions:
- After you've unwrapped each brownie, start with a cake board or platter. This will be the base for your Christmas tree display. You can add some extra frosting as the base so your bottom later of brownies stick.
- Begin shaping your tree! Arrange the Christmas Tree Brownies in a circular pattern for the bottom layer — about 5–6 brownies.
- Using the frosting in a piping bag, make sure to secure each layer of brownies with frosting. The frosting will work between layers to “glue” the brownies together and help them hold shape.
- Then, stack another layer on top, using a similar amount slightly smaller, offset circle.
- Continue stacking upward, reducing the number of brownies each layer until you reach the top. For the smaller layers, consider slicing the brownies in half so the points still show. For your best reference, use the picture!
- Using the piping bag, add additional frosting to the tips as shown for a snowy effect.
- Place a candy star or topping of your choice at the end!
- Place the finished tree in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes to set the frosting. Then, bring it out as a fun edible centerpiece for your dessert table! We recommend serving on a Christmas serving board!
Creation Tip:
For a snowy effect, dust the finished tree lightly with powdered sugar or edible glitter before serving.
