
Christmas Tree Cakes® Peppermint Ice Cream Sandwiches

Ingredients:
1 Carton Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes, choc. or van.
1 Carton Peppermint Ice Cream, softened
Peppermint Candies, crushed for garnish, optional
Supplies:
Parchment Paper-lined Cookie Sheet
Directions:
- Unwrap each Christmas Tree Cakes and cut eat cake in half. Lay each half on the parchment paper.
- Begin adding a scoop of softened peppermint ice cream to one half of the cake.
- Using the other half, sandwich your ice cream in between each cake slice.
- Add additional peppermint candies for garnish.
- Place in the freezer for up to one hour or overnight.
- Serve immediately!
