Ingredients:

1 Carton Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes, choc. or van.

1 Carton Peppermint Ice Cream, softened

Peppermint Candies, crushed for garnish, optional

Supplies:

Parchment Paper-lined Cookie Sheet

Directions:

1. Unwrap each Christmas Tree Cakes and cut eat cake in half. Lay each half on the parchment paper.
2. Begin adding a scoop of softened peppermint ice cream to one half of the cake.
3. Using the other half, sandwich your ice cream in between each cake slice.
4. Add additional peppermint candies for garnish.
5. Place in the freezer for up to one hour or overnight.
6. Serve immediately!
