Makes up to 12 Servings
Ingredients:
1 Carton Nutty Buddy Wafer Bars
1 Jar Grape Jelly (or another favorite)
1/2 Cup Butter, room temperature
1 Cup Peanut Butter, smooth
1 1/2 Cups Powdered Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 to 1 1/2 Tablespoons Milk
Crushed Peanuts
Supplies:
Parchment-Lined Baking Sheet
Hand Mixer or Stand Mixer
1M Piping Tip with Piping Bag
Directions:
- Unwrap each Nutty Buddy Bar and place on parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Spread the jelly on top of each bar.
- With a hand mixer or stand mixer, mix the butter and peanut butter until smooth.
- Slowly add the powdered sugar and mix until creamy and slightly fluffy.
- Next, add the milk and vanilla. Mix until smooth. Add additional milk if not smooth.
- Next, add the frosting mixture to your piping bag and begin to pipe a wavy layer on top of the bars.
- Next, add a drizzle or pipe additional grape jelly.
- Top with crushed peanuts and enjoy!
