Red, White and Blue Brownie Ice Cream Sandwiches

Great for the summer holidays, Little Debbie Red, White and Blue Brownies make the perfect all-American treat! Easy to make for your family cookout, these brownie ice cream sandwiches are the ideal snack to keep the summer cool. Your whole family will beat the heat with these delicious, chocolatey brownie sandwiches!

Makes 5 Servings

Ingredients:

1 Carton Little Debbie Red, White and Blue Brownies
1 Carton Vanilla Ice Cream

1 Container Fresh Strawberries, optional

Directions:

1. Unwrap each Iced Brownie and cut lengthwise as shown in the photo.
2. Scoop ice cream onto one half of the brownie slice and top with strawberry slices.
3. Sandwich top and bottom of the brownie together.
4. Serve immediately.

Creation Tips:
If you are not serving the brownie sandwiches immediately, wrap the sandwiches in plastic wrap or parchment paper and store in the freezer until time to serve.
