1 Carton Spring Gingerbread Cookies
1 Carton Vanilla Ice Cream, softened
Rainbow Sprinkles, crushed for garnish
Directions
- Unwrap each gingerbread cookie and lay on parchment paper.
- Begin adding a scoop of softened vanilla ice cream to four gingerbread cookies.
- Using the additional four cookies, sandwich your ice cream in between two cookies.
- Add additional rainbow sprinkles for garnish.
- Place in the freezer for up to one hour or overnight.
- Serve immediately!
