Strawberry-Lemonade Mini Muffins

Using Strawberry Shortcake Mini Muffins, these delightful snacks are easy, popable and perfect for any summertime or springtime party to enjoy. Makes 20 Servings
Ingredients:
1 Carton Little Debbie Strawberry Shortcake Mini Muffins
1 Can Lemon Pie Filling or Lemon Curds
Fresh Strawberries
Fresh Lemons
Mint, optional topping
Supplies:
Melon Baller or Knife
Spoon or Piping Bag
Directions:
- Scoop out the middle of the mini muffin, being careful to not go all the way to the bottom.
- With a spoon or piping bag, fill the muffin with the lemon pie filling.
- Cut small slices of the strawberries and lemons for garnish.
- Top the muffin with the tiny slices and add mint if desired.
- Repeat for each muffin and enjoy!
