
Birthday Cake Mini Muffin Cones

Makes 20 Servings
Ingredients:
1 Carton Little Debbie Birthday Cake Mini Muffins
1 Container Vanilla or White Frosting
Rainbow Non-Pareil Sprinkles
Rainbow Sprinkles
Red Round Fruit or Chocolate Candies
Mini Ice Cream Cones
Supplies:
#1M Piping Tip or Mini Cookie Scoop
Disposable Piping Bag
Directions:
- Place a small amount of frosting in a shallow bowl and add a mini ice cream cone to coat the rim of the cone.
- Immediately place the frosted cone rim in a small bowl of the rainbow non-pareil sprinkles.
- Cut the mini muffins in halves.
- Place one half of the muffin into the ice cream cone.
- Pipe additional frosting in a swirl on top of the cone to look like ice cream using the piping tip. You can also use a mini cookie scoop and place on top of cone if you don't have a piping tip.
- Sprinkle the rainbow sprinkles on the frosting.
- Top with a red candy or fruit piece.
- Repeat for each muffin and enjoy!
